Terms of Service

1. Service

TaskNode is a developer SaaS that ingests structured logs in 60-second batches, runs AI triage, and produces repo-aware fix prompts. TaskNode does not modify your code, open pull requests, or commit changes on your behalf.

2. Account

You authenticate via Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and TaskNode API keys secure.

3. Data

You may not send secrets, tokens, passwords, cookies, payment data, full request bodies, database URLs, or private personal data through TaskNode. We redact server-side as a defense in depth but the primary obligation is on the sender.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use TaskNode to ingest logs from systems you do not own or have authorization to instrument. Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, or quota enforcement.

5. Liability

TaskNode is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
