Refund Policy

Free plan

The Free plan is free forever. There is nothing to refund.

Paid plans

Cancel any time from the Billing tab. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then drops back to Free automatically. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months by default; specific situations are handled case-by-case via the contact form.

Razorpay (India customers)

Refunds are processed through Razorpay in INR. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

Dodo Payments (rest of world)

Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments in USD. Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
